BLDC motors

BLDC motors use electronic control rather than mechanical brushes. They are common in energy-efficient fans and can offer lower power use and quieter running, depending on the model.

Servo motors

Servo motors provide very precise control of position and speed. They are more common in automation and machinery than in ordinary home appliances.
